My name is Tonenia Blecha and I live in Mulvane, Kansas. I have been married to the most amazing man for ten years and we have one 9-year old daughter named, Faith. My family is my world and I am so blessed to get to do life with them! I enjoy scrapbooking, photography, and serving in any and all areas of the children's ministry in my church. My passion for photography goes back as far as I can remember and can be summed up with one photograph:
I lost my father to a farming accident when I was two and this is the only photograph of the two of us that exists, that I know of. I have no memory of my father, but cherish this picture even more because of that. Pictures are memories. They are a way of capturing not only faces, but people and relationships and emotions. Once I became a parent, my passion grew...I wanted to capture her little personality as it grew and changed and I didn't want to miss or forget a single moment of her life. As I began to shoot her, others began to ask me to take pictures of their families and children as well. I was baffled, as I never thought this little hobby (a.k.a. obsession) would take me anywhere. But, the Lord had something else in mind. It goes by the name of Faith Inspired Photography. Now, I don't know what makes a photographer a "professional". I am still learning and doing everything I can to expand my knowledge and grow in my talent. But, I DO love taking pictures and I want to be as good at that as I can be and if I can share that with someone else in the process - Well, what a blessing! Thank YOU for allowing me to do that!!!
